MEET THE TEAM AT
ATIVO SENIOR LIVING OF PRESCOTT VALLEY
Rebecca began her career as a CNA working in skilled settings, quickly realizing her passion was to help others at their most vulnerable time. She continued her education and obtained her LPN. As Rebecca explored opportunities as a nurse and keeping with her passion to help others, her chosen path at the time was hospice. During that period, she became adept at care management, evaluations, and problem-solving. While seeing patients at an assisted living, she was asked to come on board as the community nurse and was soon promoted to the Executive Director position, and since that time she has worked as a Senior Executive Director, Regional Managing Director, and her favorite title, as a mentor. Her philosophy in life is to always do the right thing, even when no one is looking.
Rebecca lives in Prescott with Randy, her husband of 17 years, and two extremely spoiled bulldogs, Winston and Pepper. She enjoys kayaking, archery, RVing, and cooking.
Kayla has over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing working as an account executive in newspaper and radio. She is fluent in key social media platforms, with an emphasis on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Before devoting herself to Ativo Senior Living of Prescott Valley, Kayla attended Herbal Wisdom Institute to become a Certified Herbalist. Her goal was to give people the tools and knowledge to promote their body’s own natural healing process, regardless of age. Kayla enjoys educating people on the concept of total mind, body, and spirit wellness, and prior to the pandemic, she would travel across the world speaking about pain management to a variety of veteran-focused charities, organizations, conventions, and VFW Posts. She has always loved working with seniors, but there is a place in her heart for veterans, especially since her uncles and grandfathers were all active in the military.
In Kayla’s spare time, you may find her hiking with her dog, Riley, or camping. However, what she enjoys doing most is spending time with her family, the most cherished people in her life.
